        Utterly disgraceful, 3 supposed repairs under the Samsung warranty. Still our new TV doesnt work after 14 weeks, conveniently forgot it still isnt working. Now they are closing down and havent even referred the case back to Samsung. No wonder they are closing, bloody disgusting and good riddance. Hopefully they get a job in waste disposal as they are good at wasting my time money etc.

        After my TV suffered a fall, PVS were the only ones in my vicinity willing to look at it. They saw me on the same day and fixed within the 2 hours they said it would take at a very fair cost. Should, God forbid, anything else happens I would definitely go back to them.
