The girls there were not friendly at all. i didnt get their names because i was so upset i was crying the whole time. one of them put my nose stud, she was not gentle with my nose and she looked so annoyed. i even told her she was hurting me but she didnt care. i will never go there again.

Never wrote a review for anywhere before but after my experience I feel like I have to. Went in yesterday after a very long time as my nose stud had fallen out to purchase a new one, instead of asking how can I help or pretty much any basic human social skill I was uncomfortably stared right at till I finally said something. When looking at nose studs I wasnt sure which size Id need and instead of giving me a recommendation as youd expect someone who works at a piercing and tattoo store to know I was told in a very hostile manner well its not my nose how would I know what size.. I let this slide but she continued to be extremely rude and have an attitude on her. Sort your weird staff out because I gladly threw your cheap 3 stud out right after and walked down to Electric Workshop who actually have well trained staff and know how to speak to human beings, Ill never be stepping foot into this joke of a store again and if the girl who served me is reading this get help and dont work somewhere you clearly cant stand because we as customers cant stand looking at the face you pull.
