        Awful coustomer service if you need to speak with a real person. if you have a problem and want to speak with someone go through the sales department... strangely they answer straight away... all other options are either robots or hold music for hours!

        Terrible system How can I stop my children buying things on their dinner account on the days that I want them to have a packed lunch in order to save money? Its costing a fortune, I sent them with lunch, they eat that in the morning then spend on their account at lunch time. Much rather have cash

        I have today tried live web chat and the system will not connect. I then telephoned using the automated service and when I selected the number to sort the query was told to use web chat. This system is awful and really lets parentmail down.

        School has used this service for several years and it works well via email and app. Office is good about filtering by class or activity so we only receive the messages that we're meant to see. And, glad our school in Cambridge is able to support a Cambs-based business.
