Absolutely fantastic service. I cant rate it enough. The zip on my bag was broken and I went to several places to try and get a quote and the prices were just extortionate, (particularly Timpson which was almost laughable). This was the only place that offered a reasonable and fair price for the work that needed doing. Over less than half of Timsons quote. It is clear the staff here care about their customers are not looking to take advantage of them. I was relieved to know I could afford to get my bag fixed thanks to them! The quality of the replacement is fantastic. Its very strong and durable and looks as good as new! You would not be able to tell the zip had been replaced and allot of care and effort went into making sure the replacement looked like the original. Finally the gentlemen at the counter was simply a joy to talk to. Incredibly witty, charismatic and funny. Ive been in there a couple of times now and all staff members are always so willing to help you and are very kind. Cant recommend this place enough!
