        I had my overlocker serviced a few weeks ago and I am extremely pleased with it. It sounds and sews so much better than it did. It obviously needed the care and attention given to it by Binders. Thank you so much!

        Martin is hugely knowledgeable and gave us a very realistic expectation of our sewing machine due to its aging electronics, he was able to service it and stayed within the budget he set out for us and it's now working better than ever.

        Given the number of really good reviews, perhaps the gentleman that served me was just having a bad day; he was patronising and dismissive. Nevertheless, I did buy some stuff as there is a great range of thread, but I go elsewhere for my sewing needs now.
