Tuesday 28th Feb, approx 13.30pm. Just saying these details cause someone needs talking to about this. My partner who has been vegan for over 10 years ordered a vegan sandwich here, was assured by the lady who made it that it was vegan. Started eating it and didn't feel right, looked at the receipt and saw that the woman had given her a beef patty and ASSURED her that it was vegan. This is disgusting, and it made my partner very sick. Please, someone in management look into this. (Unrelated, but my partner also says that the lady had a real bad attitude. If you don't want to work somewhere just leave and don't pass attitude onto customers.)

Loooooooooooooong wait. Poor customer service. Staff cannot be bothered to take a new mayo sauce to put on the sandwich. Have to as she was saying she got another order but I was on que before the online order came. I would let it go if she just asked me but she was just rude. Not coming back to this branch again. I ask for a VAT receipt said I should have ask before hand. Your staff needs TRAINING!!!

If I could give this subway 0stars I would. My experience goes as follows. Had a look at the menu boards before I approached the counter. The guy behind the counter acknowledged me and my little boy and walked back into kitchen. We approached the counter and noticed that there wasnt really any food in the counter at all, the cucumber and tomato looked like they had been prepped last week! They looked mushy and soggy. When we were ready to order we didnt wait long until he came out of kitchen, we pointed out that the steak went out of date and he said yeah ok, my partner said well take it out then as it went ood on the 25th (previous day) at 1 oclock so well out of date! His attitude was appalling. The subway its self was disgusting. Would never even walk in the building again let alone buy food from here!
