Spent 10 on 2 cakes. Both were dry and cream had gone off. Cakes were probably sat out for a little too long, these things happen no biggy. When i called the restaurant to politely let them know the lady was just pure rude. Her words "we tasted the cakes and they were fine, ask just eat for a refund and we will just dispute it". I've ordered the same cakes from them a few times and always on point. They need to learn a thing or two about customer service. Look at their reviews and you will see they have sent out mouldy cakes to customers before so there you go. This issue could have been so easily resolved but the stuck up nature of staff led me to write this review. What a shame. Will not be ordering from here again.

Hate to leave a negative review when I only ever leave positive reviews but I wouldn't want anyone else to waste time and money here when there is better elsewhere! Ordered from here for the first time tonight. The waffles were not cooked had to finish cooking myself at home. The toppings had all fallen off as they delivered the box standing up on its side, rather than holding flat! So of course everything had slid off! They must of forgot the sauce and the ice cream tasted like a different flavour, think its clear what flavour they served before me, didn't clean the spoon and then served up my ice cream. Would not visit again, such a shame as saw some good pictures of this place, it does not live up to the name
