Pizza House

Used to really love this place but sadly gone down hill. Partner found 2 small black hairs on food, my meatball had a raw area in the middle. Being pregnant it put me right off. Customer service gone down hill a bit. No kids drinks options. Manager knocked a few quid off but sadly wont be back

Often times I sit there, for a lunch time it's super full and when you finish your meal they look to kick you out. Yesterday I sat down with my family and we ordered a half pizza with a salad and they ended up charging me for a whole pizza because the promotion had ended. A bill was written with a pen on a random sheet of paper. And I heard them talking at the bar about how they took the 10 tip from me that was written on my bill. I will never sit there again.
