The one star is for the fabulous service from the bar man the rest was extremely poor. We arrived at 5 with tickets for a show at 7:30 giving us plenty of time to eat. Our food didn't arrive until 7:15 at which point we got the complete wrong order but had to eat it anyway due to the fact our show started soon. My sister who doesn't eat red meat ordered a chicken burger which was asked without bacon. It came with bacon. Tried to complain multiple times to the manager who completely ignored me. Very poor management. The gentleman however at the bar was extremely apologetic and attentive. Really hoped for a good experience here however we left very disappointed.
