I have, and remain, a tennent with Cloverbrook now over 20 years, and have never had a problem, either with the property, or the management, since the day I first viewed the flat, Indeed I am delighted with the prompt, and pleasent attitude I recieve whenever I have had the need to seek their assistance, with queries about maintenance of building, water/plumbing, or anything that comes with the property I find that the continuety of staff is a real GodSend, as I feel lucky to be dealt with by the very same people who welcomed me here, and who still answer my every whim (when I'm quite sure they have much better things to do) I particularly enjoy the visits of Cloverbrook's Kate, who never misses the oppertunity to check in with me and see if 'All is well' With all the 'hype' now on 'social media' about 'rogue landlords' I feel blessed to know I am treated as a valued tennant by a very 'caring' landlord

A great independent agent for tenants. After over 20 years as tenant of Cloverbrook, I think I can say that I have never had a problem that they weren't able to resolve promptly. My deposit was returned within 2 weeks with no hassle
