After an extensive house fire while away, my insurers placed the responsibility of repair work with Northdown Property Services. The plans for repair work were mapped out quickly, the dates for the work were communicated to me early so I could book time off work in advance. The work done was carried out to a professional standard and I now have a wonderful new lounge and kitchen. The contractor provided (Sharif) was polite, interested in completing the work to a high standard and genuinely interested in giving attention to the detail in regard to the repair work, an absolute gentleman to speak with also. Can't fault the company, thanks NPS.

Well what can I say Alistair the chap who deals with the employment side of the business is very rude and arrogant if your a subby and looking for work dont work for this company as you will probably find your only going to have hassle throughout your employment. Whether your a skilled subby or not this company will always find a way to put you down stay well clear .

If they offer you trial week make sure to ask them if they going to pay you for your job/time.

Please don't listen to the 1 star reviews from a disgruntled ex-employee, these guys are absolutely brilliant. I was a bit worried about having my downstairs remodelled after extensive water damage but I really didn't need to. The management team put me at ease and were really open with me all the way through, and they delivered everything they promised. The workers were really friendly and turned up on time, and even made a fuss over my dog every day too which he loved! Would highly recommend and although I hope I'm never in that situation again, if I was I wouldn't hesitate to give NPS a call. Service: Remodeling
