        I wrote to Mr Mclay in regards to concerns about my childrens learning. Went over a week being unacknowledged and when I chased it up I was later called by reception about what he had supposedly done. I was not extended the courtesy of a telephone from himself. Very unprofessional and arrogant! Its obvious who teachers and the head favour at the school gates. Lost faith in Longthorpe Primary School.

        The office staff are polite and respond to queries in a timely manner. Mr McClay is a professional and relatable Head Teacher, who has a clear direction for the school.
