        Place seems really disorganised, lack of care and attention. Their prices are different to Royal mail website. Had an email to say my parcel was ready to collect so went out straight away. When I got there was told there was no parcel. Got home and just found out my parcel had been collected by another driver. It was in the shop for 14 mins. According to tracking details parcel arrived at 15:43 and was retrieved at 16:07 on same day??? Probably an honest mistake, but this really wasted my time as took an hour to walk there. Most likely put in the wrong pile something.
