      • Instances of AWOL

        Absolutely shockingly awful company. Left my 100 gaming desk sat outside my front door for all to see on a busy main road for 30 mins. Had the audacity to post a picture as proof of delivery as a final dig and scuttiling off back to his delivery van. I will never give my money to this company ever again which means if any company use your company, they will lose my custom too. Just not on. This company seriously needs to sort itself out. I'm surprise you're still trading... No, this isn't a n isolated incident either. Geta grip.

        First said my parcel was overweight and demanded an extra 10. Paid the extra and then they lost the parcel. How can a parcel of that size and weight go missing? Customer service non-existent. Terribly poor customer service.

        In the past i had collection parcel problems but was resolved. Recently, hermes fail to collect my parcel, tried speaking to a real person using phone number provided, you will end up wasting your time and go in a loop. Trading standards need to get a grip with this company, seriously out of order. Finally, ended up cancelling and using Royal Mail. I am lucky i didn't lose my customer. Please hermes, get a grip and sort out your issues.
