We were without heating during the recent freezing weather. British Gas cancelled 2 appointments as we did not meet their priority criteria. Not pensioners or have child under 1 year old. Tomasz was at a call with our neighbours who asked if he could help. He agreed as he did not like to see us without heating. He cleared a blocked pipe fixing the problem immediately. We would highly recommend this Company very caring and helpful. 5 stars is not enough to rate Tomasz. Service: Water heater repair

We were looking around to go green and exchange our gas boiler with the air source heat pump and solar panels. After receiving a few quotes, TF Heating and Plumbing offer the best service and had most qualifications and knowledge. Before we accepted the quote, engineer visited our house twice to plan it all, talk us through all the proces, advised on some extra options which would save us more money. Installation proces went really smooth and now we can enjoy very low energy bills - no gas at all! TF Heating and Plumbing is LG approved installation specialist so we got 7 years peace of mind warranty. I hired Tomasz to install a new central heating system and to remodel a bathroom. I highly recommend Tomasz and his team and will be sure to contact him first when we are ready to explore our options with remodelling our other bathroom. We initially contacted Tomasz for installing a heat pump. After talking us through how it works and our options, we identified that a heat pump would not work for us at this time. As we needed to get away from electric radiators throughout the house, Tomasz suggested installing a gas boiler which we accepted. Our central heating was installed in a way that makes it easy to switch to a heat pump in the future when our house is more suitable for one. We also had them remodel our bathroom which included moving all the fixtures, tiling the walls, laying the floor, and installing a new door. It has the look and feel of a professional installation and I couldn't be happier. Throughout the two projects which lasted approximately three weeks in total, they worked around us as we were living in the house the entire time. They were kind, courteous, and up for a bit of a chat when time allowed. They cared for us, our home, and even our pets. There were a few minor issues throughout the process, but Tomasz was happy to answer all of my questions and concerns in a timely, friendly manner. All-in-all, I recommend T F Heating and Plumbing.
