Rice Plumbing & Oil Heating

We contacted Rice Plumbing & Oil Heating late yesterday afternoon suspecting a potential leak on the oil line into the boiler. Tony arranged to attend today between 11-12am. At 11am he arrived, completed a full pressure test on the line, checked the tank etc and thankfully confirmed everything was ok. As summarised above, the response and work we received was exceptional. We found Tony to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We are delighted to have found a local company that operate to such high standards and have already booked our boiler service and further works with them. Based on our experience, highly recommended.

We needed a lot of work doing to our heating system, work that also included a new oil tank and pipe work. Tony provided us with a quote, along with other companies. Key for us, and why we asked him to do the works, was his professional and considered approach. Tony and Sam showed up when they said they would, and did a brilliant job. Even though our house provided a few curve balls, they stuck with it and kept us informed at all stages. Very professional, respectful and courteous.
