Papa John's Pizza

Spent points on drink which I did NOT receive so wasted my points so essentially wasted my money for those points which Im not happy about Food came over an hour late. I rang them and they said they would bring the food within 20 minutes and it arrived OVER 26 minutes later. The temperature of the food was dissatisfactory had to microwave the food. The food was tasty but the pizza was overdone the sides were fine though. Delivery driver was nice but would have been nicer when I explained I had not gotten my drink he couldnt do anything about it. Overall not a brilliant experience since I used to order from store all the time.

Absolutely ridiculous the waiting time with this place. After 1 hour 20 mins and still no food, rang them up only to be told to wait another 20 mins. Having paid just over 40 for an over zealous customer service and food, I will never go back to ordering again from this place

Was working in this store As a staff member which was worst decision all the store handling by area manager whereas Deepika bhatia she thinks she played smart But No one like her even with the customers she is very Rude including she forced every staff to do work even they off day as well i mean no one need to find stupidly go and see her thats enough Infact she put her Name on rota and sometimes not attend her Shift so just 2 people working inside and manage as well so order get late if someone ask her please come and help us what she said Its your shift , your duty you have to do Like what ? it was our Personal store ?? IF YOUR MANAGER IS NOT GOOD YOUR STORE CANT BE GROW!! I never Feel regret to post her Name On It !!

We ordered at Lincoln Road Peterborough a few weeks ago and it was hot, so tasty, plenty fillings. Very impressed with the lady who preps the pizza and usually works at Stanground and the young man here. Very polite. Thank you for the lovely pizzas and sides. Parking: Got to turn up at right time to get a free parking spot as so busy here.
