Unfortunately i sneed to leave a bad review to warn others. READ BEFORE BOOK My husband went there for passport photos with our 2 year old baby girl. Outcome : picture was rejected by gov site because there was several rules broken 1) face 2) background 3) photoshop used On the next day we went back and POLITELY asked to redo them. We didnt receive a simple sorry but after long conversation they agreed to redo them. Ok, thats what we wanted. But we was charged TWICE. We was told about it only after my (and only my) hard work as professional photographer didnt know how to settle child to take simple passport pictures. Basically we paid for 3 sets of passport pictures and was able to use only one (thats over 40) Why 3 ? Because we need to do 2 passports for our child but pictures was rejected. If you visit their page you can clearly see that they guarantee gov approval- dont believe them. I tried to explain that previous service wasnt to standard and I dont need my money back but just a new pictures. but they started to gaslighting me. When I offered to use unsuccessful pictures as an advertisement of their work they politely disagreed with smile on their face., lol. Ok, I believe they need this money more then me. Please avoid if you dont want to loose your money and got your application rejected

The lovely gentleman who served me went above and beyond fulfilling my request even putting my prints in the frames i purchased and in bubble wrap ( which has not been done before ) His name is SANDY great service this man needs recognition
