Really awful place, avoid!. Unfortunately my mums GP sent some prescriptions here as he thought it would be easier(?!). I quickly asked the GP receptionists to revert to the pharmacy near to me. The last straw was when my partner took my mothers meds in after she died to be disposed of properly, and was met with no sympathy, just someone annoyed at having to deal with them.

Not open at 3 o'clock on a Tuesday due to staff shortages. Such a joke. Always have trouble with this pharmacy.

Got a prescription from the willow tree surgery. My partner went up that evening. No prescription had been sent. Chased up doctors to re-send it out. Sent out at 5.22 partner stopped the until quarter to 6 still none gone through to them. I have now been up there and been told at 12.30 they had only just received it not only that they then didnt have the medication in stock. Queried why didnt the call me earlier to tell me and just got a response of the just received it. So an internet based system takes 20 hours for it to send and receive details. I also queried that my partner was there till quarter to six and was told no she wasnt she left earlier than that wasted loads of time and fuel and not got anywhere

What a joke, prescription never ready. Booked a blood pressure test, on arrival told it was cancelled. Just stop wasting my time please! Time to find another pharmacy.
