        The worst service I have ever had. You have to wait so long to get your prescription. Staff is rude and very unhelpful.

        It took me absolutely ages to get through. The receptionist didn't even see the need to apologise. I was caller number 2 for a whole 20 mins. Overall, customer service was disgusting.

        Very poor service, having to continually contact them reference overdue repeat prescriptions, 86 yr old mother sometimes left with gaps of 2 weeks between vital medication because they can't get their act together.
