Excellent. My previous pharmacy has lost the plot and cant provide any sort of service. The guys here took over my prescription and had everything sorted in a few short hours.

What fantastic service from the staff We went to have our Certified Antigen tests and the staff were so professional, and welcoming.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this branch for your pre travel testing.

My closest pharmacy, and used to be good. Can take quite a while to be served, as they all seem to be rather doing anything else instead. Agree with another reviewer that says they hide round the corner and ignore customers. Today - One of the staff was texting. Kept looking at me. Eventually put the phone away and less than enthusiastically asked if she could help me. Shame really because there are a couple of team members that are super friendly and helpful. (You ladies know who you are. Ive no beef with you!) Its just not consistent at all. They dont seem to communicate with each other. And I thought the point of having a prescription owing slip- is that it would be completed when the item came into stock. Not so. They wait until you arrive until they dispense it. I am not coming from a place of ignorance. I was a dispensary assistant in Middlesex in a far busier pharmacy. But we always had a fantastic relationship with our customers. Maybe they just need someone to man the tills the whole time so we arent waiting 25 minutes for a prescription. Rant over.
