Botolph Bridge Pharmacy

Disappointed with the service since under new management. Never had issues before with Stephen and Sanjay and team. I have repeat prescriptions and the last two months ones were not showing on their system. They dont even try speak to my doctors to check. I have seen how they speak to customers and they lack customer service. I am giving them one more chance and will change Pharmacists like my housemate has done and go to Tesco. On top of that the road there has more potholes than the M25.

I'm being honest with my review and it comes from a good place. I had to wait 42 minutes for my prescription to be ready, several who had come in after me served before me ive had to deal with the clinicians openly talk about what my prescribed items are. No confidentiality at all.

A fantastic pharmacy all around - spacious shop, welcoming atmosphere and the staff provide a high-quality service for any queries you have! Well-recommended for toiletry needs or treatments for minor ailments. Recommend! UPDATE: gone downhill since November and no longer an attentive service for patients, as the now-deleted reviews as of recent, showed.

Fantastic well oiled Machine now. No waiting for prescriptions when you have them as your designated pharmacy. Lovely to see a proper pharmacy procedure in place as well as been very helpful too.

Unfortunately both Sanjay and Peter are no longer at this pharmacy. New people have taken over and in my view are not very helpful or polite. They messed up my prescription and in no uncertain terms told me to check with my surgery as it was not their problem. On checking with my surgery I was told they should should have rectified the problem and then contacted the surgery. I am not impressed with their attitude and will give them one more go before deciding to go somewhere else.
