I phoned in and enquired about appointments she said she have availability in two days time. I said have you got anything sooner a fair question I still believe.
The response I got was didnt you listen to me! I said in two days this was in a horrid tone..
Unprofessional, no telephone etiquette, rude, no customer service.
I understand reviews like this could be damaging towards a business maybe and hopefully I am an exception.
