        Well I won't be taking my best friend here ever again. My mate is a springerpoo and 1 year old and came home looking like a ready basted turkey with a massive cut in his underside from the cutters that sheared him. His whiskers were missing and he looked so sad. I will be taking a wide berth from this groomer from now on.

        My parents took our family dog to be groomed asking for him short but not shaved very distinct difference he came away itching all over clearly did a 7 all over him he had what they described as a nick on his belly but it looks more like a hole he came out nervous and fearful which isn't like him at all you should never shave a poodle type dog and cut thier whiskers disgusted was an understatement and charging 43 for that experience was outrageous. We will be avoiding it will take a good few months for his coat to recover and grow and that doesn't cover the cost of the leucillin for the hole left in him or the oatmeal shampoo to soothe this now sensitive skin! Maybe you should refer back to your grooming books if you have some
