I use Pet Paradiso every month now, the mud mask is amazing! Second time now and it leaves my mad Weimaraner looking absolutely lush! She shines like a beaut!

Firstly, I'd like to say the communication has been fantastic, I had booked online and called to discuss a few concerns, and they were explained very clearly. I had taken my cat Billie for a groom and they showed me a video in which she was so relaxed. Thank you for pampering my cat. Would 100% recommend.

So impressed with Pet Paradiso. I was so nervous about finding a new groomer for my little dog who gets nervous but Petrina put us both at ease with her excellent knowledge and expertise. Also Petrina's Dad who supports is great with Phoebe and helped calm her nerves :) Communication is excellent both in person and online with additional fun photos and videos which made my entire family smile. Phoebe looks and smells fantastic.The attention to detail is excellent and no request is too much trouble. Price is extremely reasonable in comparison to other groomers in the area and they take card payments. Petrina has adapted her own home to have a designated grooming area which is functional and practical and you can park right outside. Highly recommend - We are now customers for life!
