        Paul (with long beard ;)) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me! My eye requests are not straightforward but he wouldnt let me leave until he sorted everything out and I was happy! Absolute gem and a credit to Specsavers in Serpentine Green, Hampton

        Good clean,very gentle optician ,loads of choice and good deals,better then spacsavers in city center as no need to go in the stairs up and down and more space.good for people with wheel chairs,I wish that everywhere wheelchair users can have comfortable access ,they are same as everybody,but bit more resilient

        Always very very busy and despite having an appointment I was there for 1,1/2 hrs. Didn't get that personal feeling from them, no helping me to choose some spectacles as too busy. It just seems like they overbook and now the one to one service is rushed.
