Asda Opticians

The last couple of times Ive been to Asda Peterborough Opticians there has been a strange vibe. The Welsh lady is lovely and helpful, she is down to earth but two of the ladies just sit in their cubicles and wait for you to come to them for help. They both sat chatting and clearly dont like helping me, I got a vibe they dont like me. They are stand offish. One has ginger wavy hair and the other brown. They smirk when I come in.. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They need to learn some customer service skills! And grow up.

The staff in this shop are amazing absolutely brilliant (Peterborough) I hate having my eyes tested they made me feel comfortable from start to finish i never got their names but the staff on the front desk BRILLIANT Lady Optician PURE CLASS The Gentleman on the desk First Class From test to Glasses A GREAT TEAM And one last Thank you to the lady who fitted my glasses they are the most comfortable i have ever had I must say the price is amazing too Many Thanks Martyn

Partner picked up new pair of glasses after been shadted by Specsavers and she can actually see clearly with her new glasses. Staff were fantastic, very friendly, professional and nothong was a bother to them. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

My glasses needed repairing as a screw was loose, I went to store late on Saturday afternoon, the lady was really friendly and fixed them straight away and even gave them a clean. Fantastic customer service , extremely helpful even though I didnt purchase my glasses from Asda. Highly recommended, I will definitely use the opticians again.
