        My eye test went fine but my prescription wouldn't go through. I called a week later for an update and they told me they're not going to make my glasses. I asked them to email my prescription, they didn't and finally someone posted it to me. I won't be using them again.

        Terrible service. Waited at the reception for a good 10minutes (today 20th Feb) or more and no one even acknowledged me or offered their apology for the wait,although it was clear to see that we had been waiting. Terrible.
