Zero stars! The staff here do not belong in retail.they don't really want to serve you and no one ever answeres the phone.i had 1 lense replaced,it took 5 weeks and came back with the wrong type of lense! No apology,just a don't know don't care attitude. Vision express will not delete my records and personal info from their data base like i requested because they say they're allowed to keep it for the next 8 years. I should have gone to spec savers! I will never give them my custom ever again.

The staff was really warm and welcoming and guided me throughout. They set expectations about what to expect during my appt and what happens next and must say that it was not only spot on but I felt really cared for. Thanks again!!

Always had a good experience with Vision Express , receptionists are very welcoming Optition was fantastic, very personable and professional. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the sales rep wasnt particularly helpful. No personality not very helpful and i went from feeling really informed and made welcome by the rest of the staff to a " couldn't care less" attitude by the sales guy. unfortunately my experience with chosing glasses and payment with the sales man left me feeling a bit let down. I felt like he would rather be anywhere else other than at work. I know it was bank holiday but i really felt like he could not care less :( Apart from that everythingelse was 5 stars.

don't bother with ordering contacts lens from here shambolic, terrible service. Twice ordered twice never arrived in store. Seems like they have no systems in place
