Clear Ridge Veterinary Surgery

I recently had a few appointments every single one of them was rescheduled to a different date or time, on one occasion the were meant to call back but didnt. On the day of the appointment 40 min waiting time. When asked about the cost of the standard op prior to booking it I was told the price to then be surprised 2 weeks later that the cost is 30% higher. To one of the appointments I was told at the door by the owner that I cannot come in as I dont wear a mask (no masks required by law for 1 year). Receptionist rescued the situation at the time. Anyhow this was the last time they saw me and my doggy.

Invoices me 2 years late. Rude reception staff that hung up on me because she's had similar complains on the same day. They have terrible service; do not go here.
