My children have been coming here for the last 3 years, they are always very helpful and are very accommodating. The managers are lovely, they go above and beyond to help me and my family, nothing is to much trouble. I really struggled with getting my 3 year old boy toilet trained, the staff in his room was very good and he is now dry all day with the odd accident. My children are happy and love going to nursery. I would 100% recommend this nursery to everyone, they are like my second family and I am very grateful for what they do for my children and how they help them learn.

Updated: Your response shows you arent aware which child are you talking and sounds complete non sense. I dont know whom you are talking about and how you have manipulated the reports to save your nursery. I even dont know what reports are you talking about as the process regarding my Little wasnt even started by then. You kept on refusing to take my daughter because you were saving your money by not hiring more staff. Like you said things werent in your control then why are you wasting time of our children, and dont force me again to change this review to positive by ringing me again and again. sort your things up first and then come to work and stop ruining our childrens early years. Previous: Our 3 year old went there for one year. Shes allowed to attend nursery for 15hours. But they didnt get her for full hours not for a single day. Very disappointing!! Not as such improvements seen in my child after one year. Staff is friendly, but if your child doesnt learn something they dont bother. Also theyre NOT willing to help with toilet training. As a parent I wouldnt recommend this nursery.

My child went here from the age of 2 right through to primary. The quality and dedication of the staff is outstanding. We looked for two years and found many nurseries operated as a business where profitability was clearly the main concern; not so with Nene Valley. The team are long established in the sector and truly care about child development.
