AVOID AVOID. Was well presented and helpful. Since issues with the car have been raised they have blanked me and vanished. Website gone and phones not answering. Was told new tires were put on but they were part worn and unsafe.

I got a car from them in May had for a month sent it back for repair they had the car for 9 weeks got it back still got problems with it now can't get hold of anyone,rang them been there no one gets back in touch

Bought an Audi A7 from this dealership around 4 months ago, was pleasantly suprised how easy it was to organise a deal and i was happy with the car after viewing, Kam and his colleague were very helpful with a slight issue with the AC needing regassed which was sorted and promptly paid for. Only big issue is aftersales, as ive got a personal plate i need the V5 to apply my plate after numerous calls and being promised the ownership slip was signed and sent off by Kams colleague nothing arrived, still waited and after 3 months and the maximum waiting period for the DVLA to resend the new V5 still nothing. Called the DVLA 'NOTHING RECEIVED BY THEM' so after making me wait and obviously stretching the truth about it being sent over a long period of time, giving me concern for legitimacy of the car and causing quite a bit of stress my end. Ive now just received the new V5 after having to re apply for the V5 myself!!!. I think we need a bit more aftersales honesty guys, ive never had to reapply for the V5 myself and ive owned alot of cars previously.

Great new car and super fair px price for my old one, smooth transaction all paperwork sorted and Kam was polite and helpful even leaving enough diesel in new car for me to get home, the only small point would be when a car is valeted for sale always fold up rear seats and clean underneath we did find some horrors from last owner having a small child in car, however, I would thoroughly recommend Greenlane motors for making the whole minefield of buying a used car as stress free as possible.

Wow what a pleasure to deal with. Kam is a young gentlemen purchased a Audi TT 3.2 v6 wow what a car. On the day of collection there was 2 minor issues which I got fixed at my local garage and Kam ensured I get reimbursed with in a few days Of sending photos of the bills. Also battery was dead one morning contact Kam and with out any hesitations offered to split the cost with me, very fair. Very easy to deal with and honest and trustworthy dealership who I can not recommend enough! Do not hesitate to contact Kam super helpful and genuine. 100%
