Wheeler & Walker mortgage solutions have been INCREDIBLE from start to finish whilst buying a home through the Cross Keys shared ownership scheme. I was given an option of either Wheeler & Walker or Mortgage Light through Cross Keys. Initially I had gone through Mortgage Light (picked at random) who failed to find me a suitable lender due to adverse credit and I really thought that I was out of options. Morgage light also often took longer to action/ get back to my enquiries and often I did not feel confident in the information I had been given. After alot of changing and conflicting information and then being given just one option that was absolutely unaffordable to me, I almost hung up the idea of home ownership in the near future which would have had an enormous personal impact. Due to my lack of confidence in the information I had received from Mortgage Light, I contacted Sam at Wheeler & Walker and immediately knew I was in confidently competent hands. Sam was realistic throughout but also enthusiastic and optimistic despite my previous difficulty in being matched with a lender by the other company Cross Keys had suggested. This was so encouraging. Sam communicated brilliantly throughout, updated me on the processes and generally made a very daunting process for me feel alot more simple and stress free as a first time buyer that had previously been rejected by another company. Her experience was truly worth its weight in gold. Sam also gave a brilliant hand over to her colleague whilst she was out of office so that any enquires from myself or the lenders did not result in delay. This meant that whenever I did need to be in touch with colleague Rebecca, she was absolutely informed and able to help. Rebecca has also been absolutely brilliant throughout. I am so grateful to say that Wheeler & Walker were able to find me a suitable lender and I will be moving in to my first home very soon! Cannot recommend enough.

Sam has been great from start to finish. As a first time buyer, Sam has been supportive, informative and honest all the way and really made the process way less stressful than I thought it would be. We are first time buyers and If it wasn't for Sam we would of never got on the property ladder. She went above and beyond for me and my wife and done everything to get us the best mortgage I highly recommend wheeler & walker you won't find a better company. We shall be returning when we have to remortgage.
