I contacted Joanna to assist my parents with obtaining a re-mortgage for a family home. Mum and dad both work and it took Joanna a while to get them to schedule a meeting, but she kept following up and thankfully so. My parents can be untrusting towards advisers when it comes to important paperwork, but Joanna was very polite and explained everything in plain English for them. They further went on a three-week cruise with poor internet connection throughout the trip, which made it difficult to sign the necessary documents electronically (and frankly a re-mortgage was not the first thing on their to-do list during a holiday), however, Joanna kept following up to conclude the deal in time. A paper-work heavy process like this can be exhausting and quite stressful, which is why most people leave it until last minute and forget to reply to emails/return a call from their advisers. Joanna made my parents feel confident and at ease by making a consistent effort to close the deal in time and providing all necessary information for them to understand the documents. We will not hesitate to recommend JK Mortgages, and in fact my sister has already contacted Joanna for a consultation to obtain a mortgage for her first house.
