I had my son's iPhone X repaired there which included a new screen , the lady replace the screen and returned it to us and it did not work so she had to replace the screen again , we took it in again because the screen was freezing , the young lady said it would be sent to the lab and she would call at 11 the next day to update , no call, I phone them and it had not been collected until that morning and she would call between 2 and 3 ,again no call , when I finally got somebody and said that I did not want it fixed and said that I would collect the next day she said that as it was after 3 it might not be back until after 2 days , she phoned somebody and I heard her being rude about me on the phone , she told me that I could collect it after 0930 the next day , I am at the shop for 0935 and my son's phone is not there but will be available to collect after 11, we will wait and see!
