Superb service and correspondence from the word go. Bongo Holidays provided a no nonsense and transparent service with the rental van being top drawer at a great price. Needless to say we will be renting a vehicle from them again in the near future. Highly recommend them to anyone considering a camper home rental.

Professional and informative experience from start to finish. By email and in person. First experience of hiring a motorhome and we were well looked after. The motorhome itself was 2022 so lovely inside. Thank you Liam and Emma.

Liam And Emma were helpful friendly people who accommodated my many questions, and after a mistake on my part with the collection days, came to fix the issue and see us on our way! Helpful and informative, great vehicles on offer, and a swift service. Competitive prices and will be using again should I consider a camper holiday!

After a phone call from (WESTS in Rainham) at 6pm 2 days before we were due to pick up up our motorhome from them. We were told that somebody had tried to steal the motorhome we had booked, and that we no longer had one for our holiday! And although it had been booked for over 6 months, they had no other available and would not even call around for us for another one! WE Called A few Places but most close at 6pm..... Then We came across BONGO HOLIDAYS. (Peterborough) Liam Answered the call near 8PM and by the next day, I had sent over all the relevant paperwork and payment etc and we had one booked! we also ended up with a better van than WESTS and, More Included for the same price I had paid WESTS. The Motorhome was Great. We Collected it from Emma who ran through everything with us and showed us how to work it all. I broke a window latch whilst we were away, and told Emma as soon as I dropped it back. They have then been very reasonable and transparent and charged me solely for the part without even the cost to fit. Liam even sent me his invoice for the part which is a very honest service in my eyes! All in All, the break-in of the previous motorhome did us a world of favour's, and allowed us to use Liam and Emma! They didn't just get us out of a last minute muddle, but they were easy to deal with, contactable whenever, and informative. We 100% Recommend using them for Your Hire!!!!!!
