Website Design and Easiness of Browsing:
Overall the Design on the website is very fitting in regards to the name! I'm a big fan of the colour scheme and the layout of the website.
The website for this business is very well built. All the categories are very easy to access and getting from homepage to Order confirmation is very easy and others should not have any issues with this!
Speed of Delivery:
I placed my order at 14:35 on January 12th 2021 and the book arrived on the 15th January which I think is fantastic given the circumstances with COVID-19 and delays with certain Postal Companies.
Quality of Item:
Overall quality of my books is phenomenal! I purchased 2 books and the quality of the paper and also the cover and spine of the books are very well made. Usually when you purchase a book from other bookmakers one of the 3 aren't always up to scratch! But Both of my books from this business are amazing quality.
Customer Service:
I contacted the customer support desk for the Great British Bookshop as I had some additional questions in regards to paper types. I received a response within 2 hours which I very much appreciated. Usually you wait a couple of days for a response so i was pleasantly surprised when i got my response so rapidly!
