As I was being prepped for the epidural and knee replacement all staff were efficient, whilst at the same time joking with me to put me at ease.
The aftercare I received was very good and last, but certainly not least, the hospital food was fantastic.
I don't know why it has taken me so long to leave a review but if anyone is considering the Fitzwilliam, it's a great place to stay if you need surgery.
Sorry, just one complaint which seems to be a problem with every other hospital I've attended. When you've been discharged by your consultant, why does it take so long for someone to appear with your medication, letter, etc? Hours! Why? Surely someone needs your room?
