I was seen by Mr Chadwick, he went through everything with me before my procedure. He also promised to be as gentle as possible with the anesthetic, which to his credit he was much gentler than the podiatrist I had seen previously via NHS. While he was doing the procedure he made sure I was okay the entire time and talked me through what he was doing while he was doing it. I felt like I was in good hands at Walkrite and would recommend them and Mr Chadwick to anybody with a podiatry related issue.

I'm off the scale over the moon with the help, advice and solutions provided by Nicola. It's resolved multiple painful problems with my feet that were inhibiting how much I walked and whether I could run again. It was all done with a professional, friendly attitude to customer service that made me feel very welcome and cared about. So many businesses could learn from Walkrite. Thank you so much.

I owe my recovery very much to the work of Nicola at Walkrite. I had a chronic plantar fasciitis injury, which was initially diagnosed via a specialist using ultrasound and other analytical methods. He strongly recommended Nicola as one of the 'action points' to explore longer-term podiatry to avoid future issues. Nicola's knowledge is exceptional, performing further analysis to quickly diagnose the biomechanical issues I have. These were all communicated in a respectful, patient-centred manner. As an athlete herself, she's also able to use empathy, which is extremely important. She has helped provide advice and orthotics to support my injury recovery, which has helped it significantly. Highly recommended - thanks to Nicola for getting me back into sport after months of pain and inactivity.

Excellent all round service with the upmost of care from John and his wife nicola My husband took me along to have my toe looked at ,very happy that I did too feel so much better , If you have a toe problem john is your man to see he will look after you and make you feel relaxed in his care , thankyou so much walkrite kind regards .
