Great experience with down to earth, friendly and helpful staff. I went too carpetwrong down the road and was quoted 613, royal carpet quoted 245. Brian and Dan did a great job in listening to my needs with out any pointless, aggressive and sneaky upselling. I will definitely be returning.

Can only recommend Royal Carpets, after a disappointing quote from a prior flooring place that got changed drastically for our new build we were recommended to check out Royal Carpets. Safe to say they did not disappoint, not only was Brian very helpful in store and giving us the estimates and advice but Steve fitted the flooring for the whole house within 1 1/2 days by himself and did a fantastic job. Can only recommend them to anyone!

The best carpet shop in Peterborough hand down! I remember entering this shop with no hope because every other carpet shop were so unhelpful with terrible customer service. However the staff at royal carpet were so welcoming and willing to help. One staff that stood out for me was Oudrone. She was super helpful, took her time assisting me, no rush at all even when other customers were there. Shes the reason I bought all my flooring with them! Great sales lady! Knows her carpets and flooring. They floored my whole house including bathroom. lovely LVT and carpet. The fitter was Steve. He did an amazing job and was very polite and willing to answer any questions that I had. They definitely treated me like royal. I highly recommend them.
