This 6 week transformation bootcamp has been the BEST thing I have done for myself in a long time. I work full time and have just started an apprenticeship in Physiotherapy so I am also studying full time as well. Everything was getting too much and I wasnt looking after myself. Absolute Fitness have been amazing! They have helped me find myself again. I feel better about myself, I have more energy, more confidence and more time for ME now. Holly and Nic have been amazing, so supportive, informative, kind, caring and my biggest fans to help me on my journey! I enjoyed it that much that I encouraged 2 of my friends to join as well and complete our journeys together. All of the ladies have been so welcoming and supportive. There is no judgment, no stigma and EVERYONE is included. Its like a fitness family that have your back all the way, through the good times, the bad times and the burpees Ive enjoyed it that much that I am now joining as a fully fledged member of the Absolute Fitness family! I honestly cannot recommend them enough to help anyone through their journey, theres something for everyone that suits your needs, your age, your fitness level, your goals and most importantly YOU. Thank you Absolute Fitness and heres to many more burpees!

Having just completed my 6 week boot camp I can honestly say it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. Not only am I losing weight and cms, but I feel so much better in myself. Everyone is lovely and the trainers are great and really supportive and encouraging. My fitness is improving week on week and I feel so much better in myself. I can't imagine it not being a part of my life anymore and I am looking forward to carrying on with my monthy membership. If you are thinking of taking part in the 6 week Bootcamp, do it! You won't regret it!

Very friendly, different workout classes never get bored doing same thing everyday which give you reason to come there. I loved it.

Really loved my first 6 weeks with Holly and her team. I am so much more motivated and my favourite takeaway so far is that my children have noticed a change in me. It really is the best place, especially for someone that would have no real clue where to start in a gym! Everyone is really supportive and adaptive depending on your ability.

I joined absolute fitness because I wanted to improve my fitness and strength but felt too intimidated to walk into a weights area at the gym, I also lacked motivation to go. Had a call with Holly and signed up to the 6 weeks program and have enjoyed it so much, every session is different so you never get bored and the workouts are challenging but can be adapted to any level of fitness. The trainers are great, so friendly and helpful and make the sessions so fun and motivate you to push yourself. The bootcamps sessions have a really great energy of women supporting women. I feel so much more confident, can see progress in my strength and fitness and my mental health has improved so much. Loved the 6 weeks so much that Im staying as a member
