Friendly staff, I felt very welcome from the first day. Pela who was responsible for my physiotherapy was excellent. Very knowledgeable. I can highly recommend this place to everyone without a doubt.

Joining the gym and working with Troy and Kemil is the single best thing I did in 2022. It has transformed my health on every level - I am stronger, fitter, lighter, thinner, more toned, more coordinated more flexible and the knock on effect on my mental health has being incredible. I love the fact that each session is tailored specifically to me and my twice weekly sessions have meant that for the first time in 30 years I had not had to have medical treatment on my back. I cannot get over how fast the results are and even after a break over Christmas how quickly I recovered my fitness. This is, quite simply, the best money I spend and the best exercise I have ever done.
