After securing an interview with the employer, Jo have sent over various documents in helping me prepare for the interview including phone calls to provide further assurance. Jo has helped me to find a new role whilst being left in a tricky situation being let down by a previous employer. Jo went out of her way to help me find the right role for me and to help me prepare the best I could. It has been nice to have someone supporting me the whole way.
