APG was amazing from the beginning. Aaron came over and listened to what we wanted for our new bathroom and helped us choose our choices with lots of samples, books, advice and knowledge. When it came to the fitting Aaron put in lots of hard work, we are so impressed with the quality of the bathroom and the massive difference it looks from the original. We were very impressed with APG from the offset, with previously having a couple of other bathroom fitters round to have a look and wait several weeks/a month for a quote, Aaron was able to help us build our vision from the day he came out, he had samples and different books for us to choose from and gave us a price and got booked in with a date there and then. Come the day of the bathroom refit, we had the pleasure of Tyler and Paul working on our bathroom. We were very impressed with the quality and hard working hours that were put in to make sure our bathroom was finished in the week. Would give zero stars if I could. Gave us a quote to fit and finish a new kitchen, toilet and repair work. Then turned up and apparently their staff member who quoted us under quoted. Even though they had all the measurements and a signed agreement and took a deposit weeks before the job. Anyway, they finished the job as quick as they could. The images below show how they left the job. Bodged loads of parts of the the kitchen. Didnt finish the toilet as agreed. Didnt repair ceiling in living room as agreed. Had to call them back several times. Barely answered once they got their money. Charged us VAT BUT DEMANDED CASH. Still waiting for VAT INVOICE. A lot more I could go into but the pictures speak for themselves.
