        Horrible experience the guy called Tony had us wait in the rain for 10 mins while serving the white customers who came before us when he finally got to us without even looking at the car or even coming near it telling us its a coil pack and then when we explained what the issue was he tried to tell us it was the prop shaft. Very rude shouting at us the whole time saying he doesnt need to look at the car very dodgy and racist garage never recommend to anyone

        T W Autos are highly unprofessional and provide a very poor customer service. They are rude, unhelpful and very poor telephone manner towards their customers. I enquired about booking in my 6 series BMW for a service, was told someone would ring back I never received a call back. I rang BMW Peterborough, they are very polite, courteous and professional. They rang me back and booked in my vehicle.
