Healthy-Halal Online Ltd

Seems like they are closed. Expecting delivery since last Friday 20/1/23 and still waiting to even hear from them about why it is delayed. You just can't contact them as nothing is working. I have found 4 phone numbers all are on voicemail, no reply on email or chat from google options. There is no way you can contact them. Avoid

I have given one star as there was no other option. I would not even give them one star. I ordered from healthy halal online and they changed delivery date the day before the actual delivery date and when I asked for a refund, they declined the request and said they would deliver on some other day. I was not going to be in on the days that they were suggesting so the customer service suggested that the delivery driver could leave the package (with meat in it) outside my house or deliver to a neighbour. I was not happy with either and explained but they suggested that that was the only option available as they could not refund 'as per their policy'. I hesitantly accepted that they deliver outside my house but they failed to deliver on that day. I asked them for a refund again but they denied taking responsibility for a failed delivery and said that they would reattempt delivery on next day, when they failed to deliver again. I contacted customer service and after a lot of emails back and forth, they did not refund the amount and gave me a voucher. I used that voucher to order again and had to pay a little bit extra for that order. On the delivery day, they failed to deliver again. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them, as it looks like I am not the only one who has had issues with their delivery. They have the worst customer service and I am extremely disappointed with healthy halal online. If anyone reads my review and could guide me how to get my money back, I would be grateful. I honestly think this company is just a scam!

I used them before and I couldnt fault them, I have ordered few things with a turkey leg and guess what, I got the delivery without the turkey leg, no explanation and no refund m, sent them emails but didnt get any replies, AVOID AVOID AND AVOID they are not trustworthy

My meat arrived 4 days late and they won't refund!. They asked me did it arrive in good condition!!! What do you think 5 days unrefidgerated. This is the 2nd order out of 3 orders that this has happened. They take NO RESPONSIBILITY if the courier doesn't deliver. BEWARE and don't use this company. No working phone e number either.....now we know why!.

Ordered for next day delivery. Did not arrive so I waited few more days still nothing. Wrote email explaining my order hasn't arrived which they told me they didn't receive my order confirmation but cancelled my order anyway lol. Do not use as they are not reliable as this has happened twice now. If you have family do not rely on healthy halal. Full of excuses as I have screen shots of the confirmation and was told by healthy halal they did not receive it. As for the reply from healthy halal about the vouchers for free delivery were for my parents so technically it's wasn't for me and I thought you would appreciate the extra business. Instead of trying to cause arguments and not owning upto your mistakes please put as much effort into improving your business rather than arguing with customers. Thank you won't be ordering again.
