Years ago i would have given 5 stars but not anymore. I have always ordered my stoma bags ready cut but now that request is unreliable. Too many times they have been delivered not cut. Also the stoma bags have become poor quality. Especially at the drainable end they are weak and torn easily. Occasionally the adhesive doesn't stick well either. As for my prescription requests it's always a game of chase for delivery. Between Charter, my surgery and now this time i end up collecting them from the pharmacy. Not cut again! Not happy anymore!

Maybe they were good few years ago but not now. The bags are faulty an I have complained few times now. Not sticking properly. An limited amount sent to you. To which you end up with less due to faults and leaking

I phoned these people today got threw to customer service and I explained to them that the last box of day catheter bags had not been very good 1 the tube had come out of the bag soaking me my clothes the chair I was sat in very humiliating when you have to explain to people why there chair is wet 2 off the drain tap handle broke when trying to empty bags these bags are not cheap it must cost NHS a fortune in shoddy goods not fit for purpose. The person I spoke to said she would call me back after speaking to manager before 17.00 today still waiting I am not holding my breath not very good customer service at all

These guys are the best. I have been using them now for 10 years, and their service is second to none. Having recently had an ileostomy as well as my original Colostomy, I have been having problems with leakage and unfortunately my GP surgery who can't grasp that Charter Coloplast take care of the whole process from obtaining prescription through to delivery, but Coloplast have helped me immensely and not had me without products. I use them with confidence, and their staff are so helpful, sincere and empathic. My number one choice.
