I needed Alrose help in re gassing two springs to support the radar arch on a boat that I had recently purchased. Richard Ganwell, the General Manager took personal responsibility for solving the problem, and even consulted with the boat manufacturer to support a recommendation for a slight increase in pressure to carry the known weight of the attachments to the arch - all at the height of the COVID crisis and bang on time for me to get back out on the river. Excellent products. We have relied on Alrose for our needs for a long time. The quality of product has never reduced, and we have always appreciated the personal service from management, even more so since it changed hands. Happy to continue to support an excellent local business.

Sub standard products - As a long standing customer of Alrose we found their quality had started to deteriorate and couldn't be relied upon. Then we discovered that they were supplying a Chinese manufacturer that is making a rip-off our our UK built product. Perhaps we were naive to expect loyalty in this day and age, although we are happy to report that we've since found that there are superior gas spring suppliers at more competitive prices. Use Alrose at your peril.
