        Horrendous customer service from Michaela! After double booking our badminton court, she said it was our fault for letting the other customers use it and therefore we dont have grounds for a refund. Her tone was rude, touching on arrogant, and didnt offer any kind of apology for the mix up but proceeded to say that the finance team wouldnt classify it refund worthy. Wont be booking there again.
