Nicola and the team were fantastic right from the outset! Communication was excellent throughout (appreciate the lovely phone call from Dimitra to confirm completion) Nicola has always updated us and answered our queries swiftly and sufficiently, either via email or phone- which have put us at ease (were first time buyers) Also, they have affordable fees, which was laid out very clearly at the outset and towards the end of the transaction. Overall, the transaction went very well! Thank you for your time and effort! 100% recommend!

Fantastic Conveyancing company. I was recommended using this company by my estate agent and their service was amazing. Totally exceeded my expectations. My solicitor Jake F was great. He always answered emails within good time and was available to speak to on the phone when I needed too. I was kept up to date on the progress of my sale and Jake explained everything about the process every step of the way so I was clear what I needed to do. The online portal makes it so easy to submit documents and complete paperwork etc also handy for keeping track of what still needs to be done. I will use this company again and recommend anybody moving home do as well. The price was very reasonable and the company are very up front about costs before you even commit so you know how much to expect to pay. Overall made what is a very stressful time much more manageable for me as Jake and the team were very supportive, easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with.
